If only girls knew the actual definitions of the two lifestyles. |
If you believe solely in the physical, you have lost your mind, your heart, and your freedom.
A person who has the ability to forget the past is blessed but also cursed. Those who pride themselves on forgetting the past then lose the ability to learn from it, study it, and so tend to make the same mistakes over and over again. One cannot ever, forget the past and those who say they want to are fools. Your past is what helps guide future decisions. Personally? I will remember ever memory and event I possibly can, not solely for my benefit but that of my children. People learn best by experience, but sometimes words of wisdom may stick put in a young one’s mind long enough to deter an unfortunate event.
I trust sparingly. Those I do trust are a select few. This is not to say I do not talk to people or think the world is out to get me. I just understand enough of how the human mind think (by listening to others not my own voice) to guess what you are thinking and trying to do. Sometimes I am wrong, but more often than not I am dead on.
How all this ties together? I can read a stranger’s thoughts after a few days of knowing them because I remember my past experiences with other people. Never forget your past, though feel free to forget someone else’s. They might surprise you. Go see!
